Astorg-backed Normec, a European provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services, completed the acquisition of MS Bioanalytical, a nutrition supplement focused testing lab, MJ Reider, a full-service water testing laboratory, and NorthEast BioLab, a CLIA certified bioanalytical laboratory supporting the biopharmaceutical sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today’s announcement marks a pivotal moment in Normec’s journey and more than doubles our addressable market.
