CCMP Growth Advisors completed the acquisition of Airo Mechanical from Thomas Investments and Stephens Capital Partners.

CCMP Growth Advisors, a private equity firm specializing in high-growth industrial and consumer companies, completed the acquisition of Airo Mechanical, a company focused on HVAC and plumbing installation services, from Thomas Investments and Stephens Capital Partners, two private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CCMP Growth has significant experience helping skilled trade industrial companies like Airo build enduring growth, and I am excited to work with them to capitalize on the numerous opportunities ahead.
