Marlin Equity Partners-backed Marcura completed the acquisition of Brightwell Navigator from Brightwell Payments.

Marlin Equity Partners-backed Marcura, a maritime technology provider majority owned by Phides, completed the acquisition of Brightwell Navigator, a maritime crew payroll and payment services firm, from Brightwell Payments, an Atlanta-based financial technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With 25 years in maritime, Marcura is a proven leader. Their scale, focus, and commitment to crew welfare make them the right home for Navigator’s next chapter.
