Hair Gallery Europe, a cosmetics company, completed the acquisition of Capello Point, a cosmetics company, from Star Capital, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction enables Hair Gallery to strengthen its market position by integrating Capello Point’s commercial network, expertise, and product portfolio. Looking ahead, the management team plans to accelerate the rollout of franchised stores, enhance omnichannel integration, and optimise operations.
