Synopsis

Manulife Financial, a company specializing in insurance and asset management, agreed to acquire a 75% stake in Comvest Credit Partners, a direct lending private credit manager, from AMG, a global asset management company, for $938m. “After building Comvest over the past two decades, it was important to find a partner who shares our values and vision for the future.
