TC Transcontinental completed the acquisition of Mirazed and Intergraphics Decal.

TC Transcontinental, a specialist in flexible packaging and retail services in Canada, completed the acquisition of Mirazed, a provider of screen printing, digital printing, graphics, and 3D design, and Intergraphics Decal, a printing company, from Canva, an online design and visual communication platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This second strategic acquisition in a matter of months not only broadens our offering, but also positions us to accelerate our growth in the in-demand segment of in-store marketing.
