Ares Management completed the acquisition of Meade pipeline assets from XPLR Infrastructure for $1.1bn.

Ares Management, an alternative asset manager, completed the acquisition of the Meade assets, from XPLR Infrastructure, an operator of clean energy projects, for $1.1bn. The deal deepens Ares' bet on energy infrastructure as utilities and investors look to secure reliable supplies of lower-cost fuel to backstop intermittent renewables.
