Brattle Technologies completed the acquisition of Lockwood Manufacturing.

Brattle Technologies, a diversified family-owned technology company that operates through fully independent subsidiaries in engineering driven industries, completed the acquisition of Lockwood Manufacturing, a manufacturer specializing in innovative material and food handling equipment.
