FLEX Capital completed the acquisition of 3C Deutschland from Experian.

FLEX Capital, a private equity fund specializing in mid-market software investments, completed the acquisition of 3C Deutschland, a digital claims-management software provider, from Experian, a multinational consumer credit reporting company.
