Vesta Software completed the acquisition of ArenimTel from Arenim Group.

Vesta Software, an acquisition and operating company owned by Constellation Software, completed the acquisition of ArenimTel, a Hungarian provider of cloud-based communications software, from Arenim Group, a company specializing in the development and deployment of telecommunication and software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “A primary motivation for seeking a partnership was to unlock greater development opportunities by leveraging shared expertise and collective experience within a larger organisation.
