BradyPLUS to merge with Imperial Dade.

BradyPLUS, a provider of janitorial and sanitation, foodservice and industrial packaging products and solutions, agreed to merge with Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting step for both organizations.
