DigitalBridge Group and Crestview Partners completed the acquisition of WideOpenWest.

DigitalBridge Group, a global alternative asset manager, and Crestview Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of WideOpenWest, a broadband provider, in a $1.5bn deal.
