Plexus Tech, a Spanish operator of an information technology (IT) consulting company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in BI4ALL, a Portuguese company that provides IT consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This complementary partnership represents a strategic milestone for BI4ALL.
