Liva Healthcare, a health tech company, completed the acquisition of Diætisthuset, a network of dietitian-led clinics. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By bringing Diætisthuset into the Liva family, we’re creating a unique continuum of care, combining best-in-class digital and in-person dietetic and coaching support and medical pathways, including GLP-1 treatment.
