EQT to acquire CareNet for $320m.

EQT, a private equity firm, offered to acquire CareNet, a digital healthcare platform provider in Japan, for $320m. “Japan continues to foster innovative companies at the intersection of healthcare and technology, and we see terrific long-term potential in this market.
