LGT Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Nemera from Montagu Private Equity and Astorg Partners.

LGT Capital Partners, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Nemera, a designer, developer and manufacturer of drug delivery solutions, from Montagu Private Equity, a European private equity firm, and Astorg Partners, an independent private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to join Nemera as a minority investor at an important stage in its growth journey.
