Middleby completed the acquisition of Oka-Spezialmaschinenfabrik.

Middleby, a worldwide manufacturer of equipment solutions for commercial foodservice, food processing, and residential kitchens, completed the acquisition of Oka-Spezialmaschinenfabrik, a designer and manufacturer of industrial extrusion, molding, depositing and cutting industrial production equipment in bakery, confectionery and pet-food markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Oka is a perfect complement and strategic fit, adding important product categories to our solutions for bakery customers. Oka is known for its advanced engineering capabilities, with an ability to provide unique and high-value customer-driven solutions.
