Ardstone Homes completed the acquisition of Spencer Place Residential from Ronan Group and Fortress Investment Group for €177m.

Ardstone Homes, an Irish owned residential property developer, completed the acquisition of Spencer Place Residential, provider of 329 apartments and 64 co-living units, from Ronan Group, a privately-owned real estate developer, and Fortress Investment Group, an investment management firm, for €177m.
