ASG Auto Service Repair Group completed the acquisition of The Mufflerman from Argyle Capital Partners.

ASG Auto Service Repair Group, a Canadian automotive repair services platform, completed the acquisition of The Mufflerman, an Ontario-based automotive repair and maintenance provider, from Argyle Capital Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm.
