Gridiron Capital completed the acquisition of ABC Legal Services from Aquiline.

Gridiron Capital, an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, completed the acquisition of ABC Legal Services, a national provider of service of process and court filing solutions, from Aquiline, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Gridiron and ABC Legal's strategic partnership combines ABC Legal's innovative industry leadership with Gridiron's sector expertise and resources and aims to drive accelerated growth through effective network models.
