San Francisco Equity Partners-backed Agility Retail, a retail services company, agreed to acquire Infinity Retail Services, a designer and manufacturer of retail fixtures and displays. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Infinity team to Agility Retail.
