Valsoft completed the acquisition of Carrus Technologies from MDF Commerce.

Valsoft, a Montreal-based acquirer and operator of vertical market software businesses, completed the acquisition of Carrus Technologies, a Canadian SaaS provider of ERP solutions for automotive parts distributors and repair shops, from MDF Commerce.
