Saturn Oil & Gas completed the acquisition of Clearview for $24m.

Saturn Oil & Gas, a company focused on light oil-weighted assets and growth through acquisitions, completed the acquisition of Clearview Resources, a publicly traded upstream oil & gas company, for $24m. By "coring-up" in areas where Saturn already has a field presence, the company can leverage existing infrastructure, field offices, and staff.
