MC Machinery Systems completed the acquisition of Ferro Technique from Argyle Capital Partners and Sharno Group.

MC Machinery Systems, a US-based provider of advanced manufacturing technologies, completed the acquisition of Ferro Technique, a Canadian distributor of machine tools, from Argyle Capital Partners and Sharno Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The team at Argyle was great about taking guidance from us on how best to capitalize on opportunities. They provided support where needed, and we continued to execute and develop great relationships with new and existing customers," Brian Donnelly, Ferro Technique President.
