Solaris Energy Infrastructure completed the acquisition of HVMVLV.

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, a provider of mobile and scalable equipment-based solutions for use in distributed power generation, completed the acquisition of HVMVLV, a specialty provider of complex and fast-turnaround electrical control and distribution equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome and integrate the HVMVLV team to Solaris.
