Lennox completed the acquisition of the HVAC division of Sentinel-backed NSI Industries for $550m.

Lennox, a provider of energy-efficient climate control solutions, completed the acquisition of the HVAC division of Sentinel-backed NSI Industries, a provider of electrical, HVAC, and building technology products, for $550m. "This acquisition enhances our ability to support residential and commercial customers throughout the entire HVAC value chain. By integrating respected brands like Duro Dyne and Supco into our portfolio, we are expanding our parts and supplies offerings in direct response to customer demand for more comprehensive solutions," Alok Maskara, Lennox Chief Executive Officer.
