Lennox to acquire the HVAC division of Sentinel-backed NSI Industries for $550m.

Lennox, a provider of energy-efficient climate control solutions, agreed to acquire the HVAC division of Sentinel-backed NSI Industries, a provider of electrical, HVAC, and building technology products, for $550m. The acquisition enhances Lennox's ability to deliver a comprehensive, integrated portfolio of parts and supplies supported by enhanced digital and distribution capabilities across North America that elevate the customer experience.
