Valsoft completed the acquisition of Polygon from MDF Commerce.

Valsoft Corporation, a Montreal-based operator of vertical market software businesses, completed the acquisition of Polygon, a Centennial, Colorado-based SaaS provider of B2B trading and networking services for the jewelry industry, from MDF Commerce, a Canadian software company that provides SaaS-based digital commerce solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Each company brings a legacy of trust, deep industry expertise, and loyal customer bases.
