Valsoft completed the acquisition of The Broker Forum from MDF Commerce.

Valsoft, a Montreal-based acquirer and operator of vertical market software businesses, completed the acquisition of The Broker Forum, a SaaS-driven global marketplace for electronic components, from MDF Commerce, a Canadian software company that provides SaaS-based digital commerce solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Each company brings a legacy of trust, deep industry expertise, and loyal customer bases.
