3 Rivers Capital-backed Magnum Systems, a systems integrator company manufacturing bulk material handling and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of ECS Solutions, a control system integrator company dedicated to performance improvement and innovation in batch manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
