Consolid Equity-backed Road Mobility Services, a provider of mobility services, completed the acquisition of TJ Truck Services, a provider of roadside service for commercial trucking across the southeast United States. Financial terms were not disclosed. By acquiring TJ Truck Services, RMS gains market access, established customer relationships, and necessary operational approvals, bypassing the significant time and cost of building a greenfield operation.
