Kapital Bank, a global financial institution, agreed to acquire the brokerage, asset management, and operational banking assets from Grupo Financiero Intercam, a Mexican financial group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Kapital Bank was founded to transform how businesses access financial services, using AI and technology to automate and streamline processes.
