Opima completed the acquisition of NMV i Piteå from NMV.

Opima, a provider of contract manufacturing, maintenance, and repair services, completed the acquisition of NMV i Piteå, a Swedish mechanical engineering and industrial services company, from NMV, a Swedish engineering and mechanical group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased that Opima has acquired the operations in Piteå and look forward to working together to develop NMV Industripartner into a natural partner in manufacturing and service for the basic industry in the north," Pär Fahlman, NMV CEO.
