Jyske Bank, Foreningen BankData, Nykredit Realkredit and BEC Financial Technologies completed the acquisition of JN Data from Netcompany Banking Services.

Jyske Bank, a Danish commercial bank, Foreningen BankData, an organization owned by Danish banks, which purpose is to develop IT solutions, Nykredit Realkredit, a mortgage bank, and BEC Financial Technologies, a financial technology company which creates IT solutions for Danish banks, completed the acquisition of JN Data, a company that provides IT infrastructure solutions for the financial sector, from Netcompany Banking Services, a company which offers automated and AI-driven platforms designed to enhance the banking experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have appreciated the close and constructive collaboration with SDC and now Netcompany Banking Services and are therefore pleased that we are working together on a new agreement. An agreement that is better suited to the new reality," Peter Schleidt, JN Data Chairman of the Board.
