CIRCOR International to acquire Swelore Engineering.

CIRCOR International, a US-based global manufacturer specializing in engineered flow control products and systems for critical applications in industries such as aerospace, defense, oil & gas, power generation, and industrial processing, agreed to acquire Swelore Engineering, which specializes in designing and manufacturing chemical metering pumps, dosing systems, and related accessories for industrial applications across different sectors. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The integration strengthens CIRCOR’s long-term commitment to India and broadens its offering beyond screw and centrifugal pumps. The combined teams will work together to deliver expanded customer solutions,” Hiren Mistry, India Pumps Senior Director & GM.
