Safecto completed the acquisition of Lifehammer from Écart Invest.

Safecto, a European group focused on certified safety solutions for protecting human life and critical assets, completed the acquisition of Lifehammer, a Dutch-origin manufacturer of emergency car safety products, including the award-winning Lifehammer safety hammer, from Écart Invest. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lifehammer’s dedication to empowering people in critical moments aligns perfectly with our ethos.
