Hartree Partners to acquire Touton.

Hartree Partners, an energy and commodities trading firm, agreed to acquire Touton, a soft commodity trading company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Touton’s legacy, market expertise, and global footprint would make it a natural fit for Hartree’s growing soft commodities platform.
