SPIE completed the acquisition of Voets & Donkers.

SPIE, a European provider of multi-technical services in energy and communications, completed the acquisition of Voets & Donkers Koeltechniek BV, a provider of industrial cooling installations, air treatment systems, heat pumps, industrial automation, and process equipment engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It opens up new opportunities to expand our capacity in line with the projects we already carry out in industrial HVAC. The acquisition fits perfectly within our strategic growth ambitions in the industrial market,” Joti Hakkert, SPIE Director of the Industry Services division.
