Shoreview Industries to invest in Frham Safety Products.

Shoreview Industries, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in Frham Safety Products, a company that supplies industrial and nuclear safety equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Frham, headquartered in Rock Hill, SC, is a distributor of consumable safety supplies and specialized equipment for the nuclear power industry and other safety-critical sectors. The Company’s product portfolio includes protective clothing, respiratory equipment, radiological and contamination control products, and other specialized consumables," Shoreview statement.
