TRK Enterprises completed the acquisition of Summit Laydown Services.

TRK Enterprises, a Wyoming-based oilfield services company specializing in tubular running services, completed the acquisition of Summit Laydown Services, a provider of tubular running services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a natural fit for our growth strategy. We believe in the future of oil and gas development in Oklahoma and are excited to be a part of it,” Kallen Kimzey, TRK CEO.
