Kemin Industries completed the acquisition of Hennessy Research Associates.

Kemin Industries, a global supplier of specialty ingredients, including animal nutrition, aquaculture, crop technologies, human nutrition, pet food, and textile auxiliary solutions, completed the acquisition of Hennessy Research Associates, a growth-oriented animal health research, development, and manufacturing company specializing in safe, dependable and innovative products for the animal health industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
