Nordic Alpha Partners, a growth equity firm, completed the acquisition of Solar Shading Technology Business from Microshade, a Danish manufacturer of advanced solar shading solutions that reduce heat gain while preserving daylight and visibility, supporting sustainable building design and energy efficiency.
