Harbour Group-backed Groomer’s Choice completed the acquisition of Showseason Grooming.

Harbour Group-backed Groomer’s Choice, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of pet grooming supplies, completed the acquisition of the assets of Showseason Grooming, a Tucker, GA-based provider of pet coat-care products, including shampoos, conditioners, colognes, ear cleaners, and anti-itch sprays. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sandy and Mike built an outstanding business with unique, high-quality products, and we are excited to add them to the Groomer’s Choice product offering. Together, with our existing product offering, it will enhance our ability to serve our customers,” Jeff Fox, Harbour Group Chairman and CEO.
