TagEnergy completed the acquisition of ACE Power from Pelion New Energy.

TagEnergy, a clean energy enterprise creating competitive clean power stations to accelerate the energy transition, completed the acquisition of ACE Power, a specialist renewable energy business which develops storage, wind and solar projects, from Pelion New Energy, a private investment firm specializing in accelerating the energy transition by investing in and developing renewable energy projects and infrastructure platforms, including solar, wind, and storage technologies.
