PAI Partners Capital-backed SGD Pharm to acquire of Alphial from Entangled Capital and Capital Dynamics.

PAI Partners Capital-backed SGD Pharm, a glass manufacturing company engaged in producing high-quality glass containers for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, agreed to acquire Alphial, a packaging manufacturer engaged in the design and production of glass vials and ampoules for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, from Entangled Capital, an Italy-based private equity firm engaged in buyouts, growth investing, and portfolio management, and Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset management firm focusing on private assets. Financial terms are not disclosed.
