Technologies New Energy completed the acquisition of Diverfuel.

Technologies New Energy, the energy transition company focused on developing clean energy projects to drive industrial decarbonisation for clients with international operations, completed the acquisition of Diverfuel, the developer of the Diverfuel Platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Diverfuel is an important technical step forward for TNE.
