Ardian-backed Arcwood Environmental, a sustainable waste management solutions company, completed the acquisition of Innovative Recycling Technologies, a provider of hazardous waste collection, lab packing, and field services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition deepens our footprint in New York, North Jersey, and Connecticut.
