Capvis-backed AdEx Partners, a management and IT consultancy in the DACH region, completed the acquisition of BMC Strategy Consultants, a strategic management consultancy highly specialized in the financial services sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With BMC Strategy Consultants, we are bringing a strategic management consultancy for banks, insurance companies, and their IT service providers on board – specifically complementing our strengths in Transformation & AI within Financial Services, one of our focus industries. We will offer our customers a complete end-to-end service package in the future – from strategy to transformation support.
