Detia Degesch completed the acquisition of Fumico and DDD doo Koper from Intreso Group.

Detia Degesch, a producer of stored product protectants, completed the acquisition of a provider of pest control and fumigation services, Fumico and DDD doo Koper, from Intreso Group, a pest control treatment services provider for cargo and goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Fumico and DDD is a strategically important step to expand our fumigation services and serve our international customers even better," Dr. Marco Rudolf, Detia Degesch Group CEO.
