Adelis Equity Partners completed the acquisition of the majority stake in Retta from Altor Equity Partners.

Adelis Equity Partners, a Nordic growth-oriented private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Retta, a leading B2B property management and real estate services company in Finland and Sweden, from Altor Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have Adelis as our new partner.
